An exciting opportunity on our marketing team for a Visual Designer awaits the right candidate, to design for our brand and marketing content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has an interest in cryptocurrency and is motivated to own the design process from concept to execution. Shift provides an active and dynamic environment that will suit a reliable, driven and highly ambitious individual looking to develop a creative career in the world of finance.
This job will start as a remote-based role but is intended for our New York City office.

Responsibilities
• Establish creative direction for the company
• Create animated web banners and landing pages for digital advertising
• Build presentations, produce infographics and develop marketing materials
• Design logos for clients
• Collaborate with executives, the marketing team and the sales team to bring ideas to life
Requirements
• Creative design sense focused on producing clean, professional results
• Deep understanding of fundamental design principles, typography and layout
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong proficiency with Sketch or similar vector graphics editor
• Skills in video production and motion graphics a strong plus
• Working with clients around the globe makes having additional language skills a plus for this role
Qualifications
• 2 to 4+ years of professional design experience
• Bachelor's degree
